Egg and Cheese Croissant

with Ketchup Sandwi-chips (4 Sandwiches)

  • Ingredients

    4 croissants (cut in half lengthwise with serrated knife)

    6 eggs (whisk in medium mixing bowl)

    1 bag (2.375 oz) Ketchup Sandwi-chips

    4 slices American Cheese

    2 tablespoons whole butter

  • Directions

    Melt 2 tablespoons whole butter in non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.  Add eggs and continue to cook by gently turning and lifting the cooked eggs with a heat resistant rubber spatula to allow the runny potion to contact the pan.  Continue until eggs are mostly set.  Assemble sandwich with cooked egg, then cheese, then Ketchup Sandwi-chips.
