1 pound thinly sliced deli ham (honey ham work best)
8 -10 slider rolls (potato rolls or pretzel rolls work best)
8-10 slices of Swiss cheese
1 bag (2.375 oz) Mustard Sandwi-chips (placed between cheese and meat)
Sandwich Glaze (combine all ingredients in
small sauce pot and warm over low heat):
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) whole butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ tablespoon onion powder
½ tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Prepare sliders on an oven safe pan lined with parchment paper. Assemble with the meat on the bottom, then add the chips, the cheese, and finish by closing the roll tops. Brush the warm glaze over the tops of the sliders, allowing it to drip down the sides of the sandwiches. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, until the glazed rolls become toasted and crispy.
