Herr’s introduces Blue Kettle Cooked Potato Chips

Made from nature’s finest blue potatoes, Herr’s Naturally Blue Kettle Cooked Potato Chips are cooked in small batches and sprinkled with just the right amount of salt. Herr’s ‘Craves The Cure,’ Puts Twist On Whole Grain Pretzels To Benefit Breast Cancer Prevention
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and Herr’s is raising awareness – and funds – for the cause in a delicious way!

Next week, select Herr’s retailers will begin selling Whole Grain Pretzels with Flax Seed & Honey in a special pink bag. The pretzels will be ribbon-shaped to show support for breast cancer awareness. For each pink bag sold, Herr’s will make a 25-cent donation to the Linda Creed Foundation, a Philadelphia-based organization dedicated to the early detection and treatment of breast cancer. The organization provides free mammography screenings for women who are uninsured or underinsured.

“We at Herr’s believe in benefiting the community in any way we can,” said Ed Herr, president of Herr Foods. “We are proud to support the Linda Creed Foundation, which is instrumental in promoting breast cancer awareness and prevention.”
