Herr Foods appreciates the contributions its employees make outside of work to nonprofit organizations. This can entail financial donations and/or can mean the use of the employee's own personal time.
Our Company wants to encourage this voluntary generosity. To make it a little easier for you, we have established a program entitled "Partners in Service." We will give you up to five additional vacation days so you can participate in a service project. Some examples are: spending a week with your church helping to rebuild a broken community, working a day for Habitat for Humanity, or volunteering for a day in an inner-city school.
